Kathy Fulton, NASM, CPT
It’s simple: help people live the best life they can by providing hands-on guidance, knowledge and support of their health and fitness goals.
I have been an avid runner, triathlete and health and nutrition advocate my whole adult life. I’ve completed many marathons, including Boston and NYC, as well as Ironman triathlons, including the World Championship Hawaiian Ironman.
Based on my personal experience as an athlete and my NASM training, I have experience with self myofacial release, stretching, resistance training as well as cardio vascular training techniques.
The focus of my approach is guiding individuals to achieve confidence in themselves and their ability to work out safely and effectively while seeing results. I help people meet and exceed the goals they identify as important; from weight loss to increased strength and flexibility, to building endurance for their first 5k or improving their overall performance. As a NASM (CPT), I am committed to life-long learning in the fitness industry.
I also have a passion for painting, graphic design, photography and gourmet cooking.
